▶Cancellation Policy
Kamon kindly requests that you review our cancellation policy below:
• Course / Plan Reservations:
o 3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the course/plan fee
o On the day of reservation: 100% of the course/plan fee
• Table-Only Reservations (Cancellation fee applies per person based on the following minimum amounts: Lunch ¥9,900 / Dinner ¥31,000):
o 3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the above amount
o On the day of reservation: 100% of the above amount
※ For private room reservations, cancellation fees will also apply to the private room fee in accordance with the policy above.
※ Please note that cancellation fees may be waived in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major public transportation disruptions.
※ If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be forced to cancel, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
▶ For reservations for more than 5 people, please contact the store directly.
▶ Children under the age of 4 are limited to private rooms (minimum of 4 people, charged).
