▶Reservations are accepted up to the end of the month, three months in advance.

▶Payment is collected upon arrival, but
pre-authorization of your credit card is required to confirm your reservation.

(Cash or another credit card can be paid on the day.)

In case of cancellation, please note that a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

For same-day cancellations, please contact us by phone.

▶Cancellation fees apply from two days prior to your reservation, based on the course price:

Two days prior: 50%
On the day: 100%

(For groups of 9 or more, from one week prior: 50%)

▶We do not allow preschool-aged children during dinner time.

(They are permitted for private events.)

▶For reservations of 7 or more people, or for same-day reservations, please contact the restaurant directly.

▶Bringing your own drinks is limited to two bottles of wine per group.

Corkage fee: ¥4,000/750ml
▶Lunch service is not available during the winter season.
▶Course prices will be partially revised from August 2026.

Also, during the winter season (December to March), prices will be adjusted according to the season.

<Regarding Accommodation>
For those wishing to stay multiple nights or accommodation only, please inquire by phone or email.
Accommodation plans are generally designed for 2-3 people.
An additional charge of ¥5,000 will apply for single occupancy.

Please note that prices may vary depending on the season.

From November 1, 2024, Niseko Town will charge an accommodation tax (¥200-¥500 per person).
