重慶飯店 岡山店では、春節を祝う特別な一夜として日本ワインの未来を切り開く塩尻の名門ワイナリー「ドメーヌ・コーセイ」を迎え、ペアリングディナーを開催いたします。
信州・塩尻片丘は、冷涼な気候と複雑な土壌が織りなす、日本屈指のメルロ産地。
代表の味村興成氏は、この地のテロワールを知り尽くし、畑ごとの個性や“ぶどうの声”に耳を澄ませながら、精緻なワイン造りを続けています。味村氏が追求するのは、雑味のない澄んだ果実味、そして飲み飽きることのない透明感。単一畑の魅力を生かしながら、時に複数区画を巧みにブレンドすることで、塩尻片丘の表情を立体的に描き出すのがドメーヌ・コーセイの真骨頂です。
