 【About Reservation】
◼︎We accept reservations up to 62 days in advance.
*To prevent problems, we do not accept reservations by phone.
◼︎We only offer the chef's special course. Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or foodstuffs you are not fond of.
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but there may be cases where we are unable to do so or an additional charge may be incurred.
*Please check with your companion as well.
◼︎We are unable to accommodate those who are gluten-free, dairy-free, or cannot eat seafood. Please understand this in advance.
◼︎We reserve the right to refuse reservations in the case of serious allergies or multiple food allergies.
◼︎Please choose the same course menu for the same guests.
◼︎ If you wish to make a reservation for 7 or more persons, please contact the restaurant directly.
◼︎Please note that we may not be able to meet your request for seat selection.
◼︎We do not have private dining rooms.
◼︎If we are unable to contact you after the reserved time, we may have no choice but to cancel your reservation.
◼︎In the event of late arrival, the course meal will be served from the middle of the meal.
◼︎Children must be junior high school age or older.
◼︎We do not have a strict dress code, but we do not allow overly casual attire such as sportswear.
◼︎Please refrain from wearing excessive perfume or fabric softener.
◼︎There are no smoking areas inside or outside the restaurant.
◼︎Dining time is approximately 3.5 hours for a full course meal.
Please make sure to provide a contact number that can be reached on the day of the event.

【Cancellation Policy】
◼︎In case of cancellation on the day before or on the day of the tour (counted by the number of days), 100% of the course fee plus tax (for the number of people) will be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible to inform us of any changes in your schedule.
◼︎Basically, you will be charged regardless of the reason for cancellation.
(Since we prepare the food in advance, cancellation reasons such as illness or change of itinerary will also be subject to the charge.

【Notes】
We do not recommend certain credit cards such as Jax, debit cards, no credit concept, etc.
We will not debit your credit card before you arrive at the restaurant.
Depending on the credit limit and the policy of the credit card company, the course fee may be held in the name of "JULIA", but this is done by your credit card company and not by us.
Unless there is a cancellation, the payment is always made after your visit to the restaurant.
Depending on the policy of your credit card company, the amount held will be refunded at a later date, but the refund date may vary from company to company.
Most refunds are due within one month on average.
