KABUTO is a catering service where our chefs visit your accommodations in the Niseko, Otaru, and Sapporo areas to prepare sophisticated IZAKAYA cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients and artisanal techniques.

Please confirm the following before booking:
- Whether your room has a kitchen
- Whether the chef has parking space
- When the chef can enter the room to prepare (please confirm that preparation time has been set at least two hours prior to serving). *You are free to enter and exit the room during preparation.
- If the chef is significantly late (30 minutes: 30% of the estimated budget / 1 hour: 50%), a charge will be incurred.
- Additional orders will be charged by credit card on the day of your stay.
- We do not accept changes or cancellations after a reservation has been confirmed.
In the event that the chef's visit is impossible due to an emergency situation, severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure, we will reschedule or offer a full refund.
