Some customers reserve multiple slots and cancel all except for the days and number of guests they plan to visit. This prevents other customers from having the opportunity to visit, so please make reservations based on the actual days and number of guests you can attend.
For customers who continue to act this way, in addition to the standard cancellation fee, we will charge 10% of the reserved amount as a penalty.

48 hours in advance: 50% of the reservation fee
