Book at Kanmi Mitsuya

A booking fee may be applied when making your reservation. Booking fees are non-refundable irrespective of cancellation reasons or errors.
【Reservation Rules】
We will give priority to seats on the second floor of Kanmi Mitsuya Main Store.
・Reservations can only be made through the Table Check website.
・Reservations can be made from 2 weeks (14 days) in advance.
・On the second floor, there are two raised tatami tables for four and two chair tables for four.
・For reservations of 5 or more people, please contact the restaurant directly.

・You can choose from three courses.
・Customers of elementary school age and older are asked to order one per person.
・Customers with strollers or wheelchairs are asked to consult with the store before making a reservation.

【When visiting on the day】
・Please come to the store at the reserved time, and even though there will be customers waiting, please enter the store and tell the staff your name.
・If you do not arrive at the reserved time, we may not be able to seat you.
・The reserved seating time will be approximately 40 minutes.

【About cancellations】
・If you cancel within 12 hours of your reservation, we will charge a cancellation fee of 2,000 yen x number of people in your reservation.
・We cannot accept changes to the date, time, or number of people after your reservation has been completed. Please be sure to check before completing your reservation.
・If there are any changes, please cancel and make a new reservation.
*Please note that the fees charged at the time of reservation cannot be refunded due to the system. The fees are not a deposit.

【Customers who come to the restaurant without a reservation】
You will be seated on the first floor. There are 8 large tables and 2 tables that seat 4 people on the first floor.
・When it is crowded, you may have to wait outside.
・When it is crowded, we ask that you limit your seating to about 60 minutes.

Requests

Customers of elementary school age and older are required to order at least one menu item per person.
Please make sure that the number of menu selections matches the number of people in your reservation.
Even if you fill out the request section, we may not be able to confirm the details or respond to your request.
