● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
● We ask that you arrive together as a group, if possible.
● If the store is crowded, your stay may be limited to 2 to 2.5 hours.
● If you are with more than 9 people or if the entire restaurant is booked, please contact the store directly.

Cancellation fees on the day of your reservation are 5,000 yen for a seat only and 100% of the course fee.
Cancellations the day before or the day before will be 3,000 yen for a seat only and 50% of the course fee.
*Please note that changes in the number of people on the day may also be charged.
