Seating : We do not accept requests for any seating other than private rooms. If you have a physical disability or small children, please contact the store directly. *We cannot accommodate your preferred seating even if you fill it in the request field. We will not accept any complaints if we are unable to seat you in your preferred seat when you visit on the day. Thank you for your understanding. Use by children of elementary school age or younger and elderly customers: Our store is a store that handles raw meat for consumption, certified by the government after strict inspection. We are absolutely confident in the freshness of our meat, but raw meat generally carries a risk of food poisoning. We ask that children, elderly customers, and those with weakened immune systems refrain from eating raw meat (Yukke and beef sashimi).

About cancellations : If you have made a reservation for an online reservation only menu or a banquet course, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows, counting from the date and time of your visit. 24 hours before your visit: 100% of the reservation fee 48 hours before your visit: 50% of the reservation fee About banquet courses : Please make your reservation for the course by the day before. The contents of the course may change depending on the stock situation on the day. Please order the same course for all members of your group. Please change the number of people by 00:00 the day before. If you change the number of people on the day, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Since the course uses raw meat, the course will start when everyone is present. Please gather at the time of your reservation. In the unlikely event that some customers are late or leave the restaurant halfway through, we may not be able to serve some of the course contents or we may have to change them. Please note that if the start time is delayed, we may not be able to change the end time depending on the reservation situation.
