To ensure that all guests can enjoy their meals while they’re freshly prepared, we start service simultaneously for everyone. We appreciate your understanding. In cases where guests arrive late, it may take some time to serve them.

※ Generally, we do not accept reservations from customers accompanied by children under middle school age; however, depending on availability, exceptions may be made. Please kindly contact us by phone or email in such cases.

※ For guests planning to enjoy the post-meal illumination viewing during the cherry blossom or autumn foliage seasons, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific end time.

Service starts at 18:00.
Please arrive around 17:55.
Estimated duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.

■ Regarding allergies and dietary restrictions
If you have any food preferences or allergies, please inform us in advance.

Requests made on the day of the reservation are often difficult to accommodate.
※ Vegetarian and vegan dishes cannot be provided.

Depending on the number and type of allergies or disliked ingredients, we may need to decline your reservation. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.

■ About the restaurant
Kyoto Ito is conveniently located just a short walk from Kyoto Station—the gateway to Kyoto. It sits along a small path south of Higashi Hongan-ji Temple. Please enjoy your meal at leisure at our counter or private rooms.

■ A separate fee applies for use of private rooms.

■ To ensure everyone can fully enjoy their meal, please refrain from wearing overly strong perfumes.

Cancellations made 3 days prior to the reservation date incur a charge of 50% of the course fee; cancellations made 2 days prior incur a charge of 100% of the course fee. These cancellation policies apply to reservations involving one or more guests.
Since dishes are prepared right in front of guests and served fresh, meal times may vary slightly.

To minimize waiting times and allow everyone to enjoy their meals smoothly, lunch service begins at 12:00 and dinner service at 18:00 simultaneously for all guests.

Please let us know the details of any allergies or intolerances. We may not be able to respond on the same day. Example: 1 person is allergic to shrimp, extracts are not allowed, onions are not good, can be eaten if heated, etc. *If none, please write "none".
