Table seating This is the reservation site for the restaurant.
In addition to the usual counter seats, we have increased the number of seats available for a limited time only during the summer. “Summer seat”
There are a few points to note when making a reservation, so please be sure to read the details below.
- About Reservations -
▶ Reservations for table seats can be made from 9pm 1 week before the reservation date until 1 day before .
▶ The number of menu items available at table seats is 5-6 types If you would like to see the full menu, please visit the website below. Counter seats Please make a reservation via the AirReserve reservation site (reservations open from 22:00 3 days before)
▶Please check X ( ＠LABO1032 ) for the table seating menu.
▶ One order per person Please order at the counter.
If you would like to order more than one bowl, please reserve a counter seat.
▶Children who will be eating one bowl of shaved ice while sitting on a chair, just like adults, will be counted in the number of people when making a reservation.
▶Please check Instagram ( @_labo_103 ) for information on using strollers.
▶Seating times are 1 hour
- About visiting the store -
▶ If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, Treated as cancelled Please be sure to contact us if you are going to be late. ▶Please refrain from wearing strong perfume or other scented items.
▶Depending on the order status of customers, some menu items may be out of stock. For inquiries, please contact us via Instagram ( @_labo_103 )

Question 1 Req

If you have any allergies or food allergies, please tell our staff directly on the day. Since all products are manufactured in the same facilities and cooking environment, there is a possibility of trace amounts of allergens being mixed in (contamination). If you have severe allergies, please understand this in advance and make your own decision based on your own physical condition and situation.

Question 2 Req

Please line up in front of the store 5 minutes before your reservation time. Our staff will guide you to your seat as soon as it is ready, so please line up in front of the sign outside until then. Please refrain from arriving too early and lining up as it may cause inconvenience to the neighbors.

Even if you fill out the request section, we may not be able to confirm the details or be able to accommodate your request.
