▶Reservations are accepted up to three months in advance.
▶︎If your desired time is unavailable,

Please contact us by phone if you would like a different number of people or time.
▶We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Lunch hours are limited to one hour and a half during peak hours.
▶We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.
▶For celebratory occasions, we can arrange message plates for dessert, whole cakes, and bouquets. Please feel free to contact us. If you would like a bouquet or whole cake, please let us know at least seven days in advance.
▶If you have any other requests or questions, please write them in the request section.
▶We may call you to confirm your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
▶A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than three days prior to your reservation.
(2 days or more prior: 50% of the reservation fee / On the day: 100% of the reservation fee)
　*For proposal plans, 50% of the reservation fee will be charged one week prior.
▶If you are going to be late for your reservation, please contact the store as soon as possible.
(If you are more than 30 minutes late, your reservation may be considered canceled without permission.)
