Reservation Rules
●Up to six people can be purchased at a time.
*For groups of five or more, we cannot guarantee that you will be seated in the same seat on the day.
●If children require a seat, please include them in the reservation.
*If you do not need a seat because you are carrying a baby, no reservation is required.
●FastPass slots are available two weeks in advance.
●Please order one noodle dish per person.
●The designated time is only a guideline.
●If you are late for your designated time, we may not be able to seat you first.
●Please arrive together as a group, rather than waiting for a representative.
●If you have purchased a FastPass, please do not take a numbered ticket at the store.

Changing the Date, Time, or Number of Guests for a FastPass
We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or date and time after purchase, regardless of the reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and purchase again.
Refunds will not be offered in this case.
