At méli mélo, we offer French- and Italian-inspired cuisine featuring the best seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido, with a focus on bringing out their natural flavors.

Whether you are dining with family and friends or celebrating a special occasion, we invite you to relax and enjoy the seasonal flavors of Hokkaido.

**【Reservations & Seating】**
▶We may not always be able to accommodate specific seating requests.
▶During busy periods or when we have another reservation following yours, your table may be limited to approximately two hours.
▶Course menus must be reserved at least one day in advance during the summer season and two days in advance during the winter season.
▶If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee may apply. Please contact the restaurant if you expect to be late.

**【Winter Group Reservations】**
For reservations of 7 or more guests, an advance payment of JPY 3,000 per dining guest is required through TableCheck. The advance payment will be applied toward your final dining bill.

**【Christmas & New Year Special Menus】**
During the following periods, dinner will be available exclusively as a special menu:
・Christmas: December 23–26
・New Year: December 30–January 2

**【Winter Cancellation Policy】**
**＜Regular Period＞ November 27–December 21 / January 8–March 31**
Up to 6 guests: 50% from 12:00 PM 3 days prior / 100% from 12:00 PM 2 days prior
7 or more guests: 50% from 12:00 PM 14 days prior / 100% from 12:00 PM 7 days prior
※For course reservations, the same cancellation fees apply to reductions in party size.

**＜Peak Period＞ December 22–January 7**
Up to 6 guests: 50% from 12:00 PM 7 days prior / 100% from 12:00 PM 3 days prior
7 or more guests: 50% from 12:00 PM 21 days prior / 100% from 12:00 PM 10 days prior

※During the peak period, the same cancellation fees apply to reductions in party size for course, table-only, and à la carte reservations.

※Course reservations: Cancellation fees are calculated based on the price of the reserved course menu.
※Table-only / à la carte reservations: JPY 2,500 per guest during the 50% cancellation period and JPY 5,000 per guest during the 100% cancellation period.
※For reservations of 7 or more guests, the advance payment will be applied toward the cancellation fee. Any remaining balance will be charged separately.
※Cancellation fees will also apply in the event of transportation issues, illness or injury of the guest or accompanying guests, or other accidents. Thank you for your understanding.

【Large Group & Private Reservations】
For large group bookings, private dining, or other special reservations, different cancellation policies may apply. Please contact the restaurant for details.

**【Dietary Restrictions & Allergies】**
Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least two days in advance. Depending on the nature of the request, or if we are informed on the day of your reservation, we may not be able to accommodate your needs.
As our kitchen facilities and cooking equipment are shared, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of allergens. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate guests with severe allergies.
※Halal and kosher dietary requirements cannot be accommodated.

**【Bringing Your Own Beverages】**
Wine and sake may be brought into the restaurant for a corkage fee of JPY 5,500 per bottle during the summer season and JPY 8,800 per bottle during the winter season.
※1.8L bottles and spirits such as whisky are not permitted.
