This is the reservation page for
369 Confectionery.
Reservations open one month before the pick-up date and close at 7:00 PM, three days before the pick-up date (excluding holidays).
Pick-up time is from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please note that reservations made via TableCheck are not eligible for the 369 Confectionery point card program. Points can only be earned for in-store payments.
- About Reservations -
● Payment is required in advance when placing your order. Payment upon pickup is generally not accepted.
● Products that are fully booked for the selected date and time will not be displayed on the reservation page.
● To change your pick-up date or time after reservation, please contact the store by phone. Major time changes may not be possible.
● The actual products may differ slightly from the photos (such as toppings or decorations).
- Christmas Cake Reservations -
● Reservation Period
Online (TableCheck): From Thursday, Nov 6 at 12:00 PM to Sunday, Dec 14 at 11:59 PM
In-store / Phone: From Saturday, Nov 8 at 10:00 AM to Sunday, Dec 14 at 7:00 PM
● Message Plate
Christmas cakes come with a “Merry Christmas” plate.
If you wish to include another message (e.g., birthday), both message plates will be placed on the cake.
For some cake types, the plate may be provided separately.
● Cancellations
Cancellations after Dec 14 cannot be refunded due to ingredient procurement schedules.
- Pick-up and Handling of Cakes -
● All customers, including those with reservations, are asked to line up in the same queue.
Our staff will guide you upon entry for dine-in, reserved pick-up, or takeout.
● You will receive a confirmation email after your reservation. Please have your reservation number ready to show our staff.
● Cakes are delicate; we do not recommend transporting them by bicycle or in unstable conditions.
● Ice packs keep cakes cool for up to one hour. Please avoid carrying them for extended periods.
- Receipts -
● Receipts can be issued by customers directly via “My Page” or the confirmation email.

15cm → Serves 4–5 people
18cm → Serves 6–8 people
