● If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes after your reserved time, your reservation may be cancelled.
Please be sure to contact us if you are running late.
● For reservations of 11 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly.

【Regarding Seating】
● We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
● During busy times (weekends and holidays) at lunch, seating will be limited to 90 minutes.

【To Guests with Allergies】
● Please inform us of any food allergies when making your reservation.
● Please also specify whether the use of dashi (Japanese soup stock) is acceptable.
● We are unable to accommodate requests regarding potential cross-contamination.
● We may not be able to accommodate allergy requests made on the day of your visit; please inform us in advance.
● We do not provide vegan, Halal, or Kosher options.

【About the Terrace】
● The terrace area does not have a roof and cannot be used in case of rain.
● Please note that terrace seating is located within a public park area and cannot be reserved.
