We impose time limits on outpatient customers.
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and busy days: 70 minutes
Other days: 90 minutes
*If a weekday is a busy day, the time limit will be 70 minutes.
*Please contact the store the day before your visit to confirm whether it is a busy day.
If you cancel on the day of your appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
If you cancel between 3 days prior to the day before your appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
