横田 秀夫 氏 プロフィール
１９５９年、埼玉県生まれ。武蔵野調理師専門学校卒業後、東京プリンスホテル、パティスリー・ド・レカン、東京全日空ホテルを経て、９４年のパークハイアット東京開業時にペストリーシェフに就任。２００４年１１月に同ホテルを退職し、同年５月に春日部に「菓子工房オークウッド」を独立開業、３年後の２００７年５月には同敷地内に「オークウッドカフェ」をオープン。銀座ＭＩＫＩＭＯＴＯ ＧＩＮＺＡ２内のカフェ「ミキモトラウンジ」のプロデューサーでもある。
著書に「菓子工房 オークウッド 横田秀夫のアイデアデザート163」などがある。
