This second event will be held to commemorate the 8th anniversary of Jazzy Sport Kyoto.

The guest DJ for this special evening will be CAPTAIN VINYL (DJ NORI + MURO).

CAPTAIN VINYL is a DJ duo consisting of DJ NORI and MURO.

Using only 7-inch records, they are known for their back-to-back style of alternating between playing each song. Their genre-bending selection, ranging from soul, disco, and funk to the latest sounds, has captivated dance floors both in Japan and overseas. They have also performed at numerous major festivals and parties in Japan and overseas.

In 2018, they released the mix CD "DIGGIN' DISCO presented by CAPTAIN VINYL" through Universal Music.

2023 will mark the 10th anniversary of the duo's formation. They currently hold regular bimonthly gigs at DJ BAR Bridge SHINJUKU and BLUE NOTE PLACE EBISU, making them an important presence in the scene.

This anniversary event will bring you a one-of-a-kind music experience at the Ace Hotel Kyoto, marking a milestone for Jazzy Sport Kyoto.
