We will prepare an afternoon tea set using Hyogo's bounty, autumn ingredients, and chocolate. The lineup includes sweets that feel autumn, such as glass sweets with rich chocolate mousse topped with a sauce made from boiled down Kobe wine, tarts using ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture, the hotel boulangerie's special Danish with the sweetness of pumpkin, and tea-flavored scones. ! Enjoy savory dishes made with ingredients from Hyogo Prefecture. For drinks, you can choose from about 10 types, including seasonal fruit tea, and enjoy tea free flow.
