Please highlight any food allergies or dietary requirements to our associates in advance. We will endeavor to meet your needs however this may not be possible should you have multiple dietary requirements or if we receive your request on the day you visit us.
Whilst every care is taken with your meal, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment at our hotel as the kitchens, washing facilities, crockery and cutlery are used for both the regular menu dishes and the special dietary dishes.
Additionally, the information regarding our menu items and/or the ingredients that we use at The Ritz-Carlton, Nikko are provided by our producers and vendors.

Changing the restaurant concept from May 9th, 2024.
The Lakehouse restaurant has changed its concept and prepared a new menu.
Previously, it was a casual restaurant based on Italian cuisine, but starting from May 9th has changed it concept to Garden Gastronomy. We offer dishes that focus on local ingredients, mainly vegetables.
We will only offer a course menu, and no longer offer any a la carte menu. We are unable to give you the details of the menu since it will depend on the ingredients available on the day. However HERE is “one day menu” for dinner for your reference.
In addition, please allow me to inform that children under the age of 12 are only allowed to enter the restaurant at an earlier time (5:00pm or 5:30pm). We also ask that you order the same course meal as the adults, or choose from the Ritz Kids menu, which is available throughout the hotel. Please note that there is no time limit for children 13 years and older to enter the restaurant, but they will only be served the same course meals as adults.
