About Reservations

Reservations open at 10:00 a.m. on the 1st of each month for dates up to two months in advance.
Reservations are accepted online until 8:00 a.m. on the day of your visit.

Please note that we are unable to accept reservations by phone or through third-party services such as AutoReserve.
Kindly make all reservations through our online booking system only.

Please also be advised that phone calls cannot be answered during the following hours, as voicemail will be in operation:
12:00–1:30 p.m. / 2:00–3:30 p.m. / 4:00–5:30 p.m.

We respectfully ask for your understanding that we do not accommodate children below school age.

Question 1 Req

Please be advised that the menu we serve contains specific allergens.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary requests, including food allergies, vegetarian, or vegan preferences.
We kindly ask that you make your reservation with this understanding in advance.

Please note that all meals begin promptly at the scheduled start time, as the dining experience is designed to start simultaneously for all guests.
We will be happy to escort you to your seat from 10 minutes before the start time.

Kindly also be advised that we do not have bicycle parking facilities on the premises. Thank you for your understanding.

Question 3 Req

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please complete the cancellation online at least two days in advance.
Please note that in the case of a no-show, we may decline future reservations.

Additionally, guests who arrive more than 30 minutes after the reserved time will not be admitted, regardless of the reason.
