Shun-ya Banchan is a slightly upscale set-meal restaurant located in Shiraho, Ishigaki Island. We recommend visiting our website beforehand to get a feel for the restaurant; knowing what to expect will help you enjoy your meal even more.

<About Reservations>
● Reservations open one month in advance.
We are closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are also closed on the last Friday of the month, as that is our "bento day."

● Enter your desired date and number of guests to see available times. Please use this feature to plan your schedule.

● For reservations of 8 people or more, please contact the restaurant directly.

● You will need to enter your credit card number when making a reservation. Please have your card handy during the process.

●Please rest assured that the credit card number is collected solely to prevent no-shows and will not be charged immediately. In the unlikely event of a no-show, we will issue a separate invoice.

● You will receive a confirmation email once your reservation is complete. If you do not receive this email, your reservation may not have gone through; please contact us by phone to verify.

<About Seating>
● Reservations are for seating only; you may choose between table seating and *zashiki* (tatami room) seating. Please indicate your preference in the message field.

● To help us prepare the seating, please include the ages of any children in your party. Please include infants (even those held in your arms) in the total headcount.

● If your preferred seating is unavailable, we will do our best to accommodate you, so please let us know your preference in the message field.

<On the Day of Your Visit>
● We want you to enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace, so please allow for approximately 1.5 hours for your visit when planning your schedule.

●Please select your dishes after arriving at the restaurant. Payment is made at the restaurant after your meal (cashless payment options are available).

● If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation and we are unable to contact you, we will be forced to cancel the reservation. Please be sure to notify us via email or phone if you are running late.
