By specifying your arrival time in advance, you will be given priority seating.
This is not a reservation, so please note that you may have to wait if the restaurant is busy. Thank you for your understanding.

A processing fee is charged upon confirmation and is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations and date changes.
The processing fee does not include the cost of meals. A separate meal fee will be charged on the day.

Changes to Reservation Date, Time, and Number of Guests
We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or date and time after a reservation has been made, regardless of the reason. Please confirm before confirming your order.
If the date, time, or number of people changes, please cancel and reschedule your reservation.

Payment
We only accept cash and PayPal.

When you arrive, please speak to a member of staff without waiting in line.
Even if you arrive before your reservation time, we may be able to accommodate you, so please speak to a member of staff as soon as you arrive.
If you make a reservation at the last minute, we may not notice, so please speak to a staff member.

Even if you fill out the request section, we may not be able to confirm the content or respond to your request. In such cases, please contact our staff directly.

Question 3 Req

In the event of rain, we will make a decision by around noon whether to open or close.
If we are closed due to rain, we will notify you by email and refund the handling fee.

Question 4 Req

If there are more than five people, seats may be separated.

Please be aware that you may be seated with other guests.
