(Male guests are requested to refrain from wearing shorts, beach sandals, etc.) ● All seats are non-smoking. ● To make your dinner party even more enjoyable, please write the purpose of the dinner party (birthday party, business entertainment, etc.) in the "Requests" column at the bottom. ● If you have any special requests such as food allergies, please also let us know. ● We may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat.
