◆About the admission ticket of TOKYO SKYTREE TEMBO DECK (350m)
Guests will need to purchase TEMBO DECK admission ticket for restaurant access even though you have already visited there before your reservation date.
*No refunds for any reasons.
*If you would like to visit the both observation decks (TEMBO DECK + TEMBO GALLERIA), please purchase the Combo Ticket on the official website by yourself. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange it.
*If you purchase the admission ticket by yourself, please purchase the admission ticket which you will be able to enter the observation deck at least 30 minutes before your reservation time.

If you answered “no” to Question 1, we will prepare a TEMBO DECK ticket for you on the day.
Please come to our reception desk to receive your ticket by 30 minutes before your reservation time.
It is estimated it takes about 20~30 minutes to go to the restaurant from the 4th floor depending on the crowd condition.
*Please pay it with your bill at the restaurant after your dining.

You can see the reception counter on the left side when you enter the West Entrance.

◆Age limit at dinner time
No Children entry 9 years old and younger at dinner time （No kids' plate available during dinner time.）

◆Set menu
Please choose the same course per party.
We don’t have A la carte, vegetarian and vegan option.
We cannot offer dishes and receive a reservation if you don't have egg and dairy products.
The drink fee is not included in set menu fee at all.

◆Dress Code
Dress Code: Smart Casual (No T-shirt, Short pants, Sportswear, flip-flops and rubber-soled sandals)
※For sportswear, this includes running shirts and sleeveless garments such as tank tops.

◆Cancellation Policy
1 day or less 100%　2 days or less 30%　7 days or less 10%
Cancellation charge incurs from one week before reservation date (It will be adapted for minus change of guests’ number and failed to show up the restaurant as well）

◆About credit card information (Temporary hold)
Guests need to register your credit card (NO debit card) for guarantee your reservation and we hold it until you come.
This is NOT prepayment. Please pay the final bill at the restaurant after your dining.
The amount held will be refunded or released within a few days to a few weeks, depending on the credit card company. However, in the case of debit cards, the payment is immediately debited at the time of reservation, so we will refund this. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
