【What is Fastpass】
When you purchase a Fastpass with a designated time of arrival, you can skip to the front of the line at that time!
You can also purchase on the day!
※This is not a reservation for a seat. There may be a short wait time when it is crowded or depending on the time of the previous dining customer.
※Reservation is not required.
We will still guide you in the line on the day, so if the slots are sold out, you can come directly to the store.
Reservation Rules
●Up to 4 people can be purchased at one time.
●If you need a seat for your child, please include them in the number of people when making a reservation.
*If you do not need a seat because you are holding the child, etc., no reservation is necessary.
●Fastpass slots are open two weeks in advance.
●Please place one order per person.
●The designated time is only a guideline.
●If you are more than 20 minutes late for your designated time, we may not be able to seat you first.
*There may be days when the roads are congested. If you are coming by car, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
*If you are late due to arranging parking, please explain this to the staff in the store.
●If you have purchased a FastPass in advance, we will not be able to refund you even if there is no line at the store on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please come to the store with all of your belongings, rather than waiting for the representative.
●There may be times when we are forced to close due to store circumstances or weather conditions such as heavy snow.
In that case, we will contact customers who have purchased a ticket and refund the FastPass fee.
Changes to the date, time, and number of people for FastPass
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or the date and time after purchase has been completed for any reason.
If you need to change the date, time, or number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel your reservation and purchase again.
*Even in this case, we will not be able to refund the cancelled amount.
