▶The therapist will escort you from your room to a spa treatment room.
Please be in your room with your bathrobe on as we will visit your room 15 minutes before the start of your treatment.
*Please be advised that your treatment may be performed in your guest room.
▶Please be advised that your desired dates and times may not be available at all times.
▶We may cancel your treatment if we are unable to get in touch with you up to 15 minutes after your scheduled time. Please contact us if you will be late to your appointment.
▶Please consult with us beforehand if you are pregnant, have a skin condition, or are a child seeking spa services.
▶ If you have an infectious disease or are suspected of having an infectious disease, you will not be able to receive our treatments.

・Although treatments are performed in guest rooms, amenities such as hair brushes and cosmetics will not be available. Please bring items that you are familiar with from home.

≪Parking≫
If you are visiting our hotel, please use the vehicle and bicycle parking lots (fees apply) within GREEN SPRINGS.

No fees apply for cancellations made by two days before; 50% when cancelled by 9 p.m. one day before; and 100% of the total charge when cancelled after 9 p.m. one day before and on the day. Time changes on the day are also considered cancellations.
