Reservation at Sushi Masato can be made 3 months in advance on every 15th of the month at 00:00 hrs (GMT+7 Bangkok time zone)

In addition to our Omakase offerings, we also provide an à la carte menu at table upstairs at Sushi Masato. Here, you can enjoy selections that highlight the best products from Toyosu Market in a cozy setting. We will be closed for Songkran holidays from April 13th to 16th, 2026

For these special occasions, Chef Masato will present a special dinner menu priced at 8,000 baht++ per person on the following dates:
- February 14th, 2026

Alcoholic beverages are prohibited on Buddhist holidays as follows.
- March 3rd, 2026
- May 31st, 2026
- July 29th-30th, 2026
- October 25th, 2026


CANCELLATION POLICY
There is a transaction fee of 500 THB for every cancellation. No refund will be given if there is a no-show or if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours from the reservation date (excluding Mondays and holidays).

Changing a reservation is allowed only ONE time subject to seat availability. The restaurant reserves the right to reschedule to the same reservation time and category only.

• Guests arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and a 100% charge will be applied.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
To maintain the highest quality of ingredients and deliver the best omakase experience, we regret that we are unable to accommodate requests involving major ingredient restrictions, such as inability to consume seafood, avoidance of raw fish, or extensive dietary allergies.

CHILDREN
We can only accommodate children above the age of 5, given that they are able to have a full course omakase at the counter bar.

CORKAGE FEE
Wine and sake: The corkage charge is 750 baht for a bottle of 750 ml or less. For larger sizes, will correspond to the size, for example 1,800 baht for a 1,800 ml bottle.
Spirits: The fee is double for wine and sake.

PARKING SPACE
Parking is available at RSU Tower, and we can validate your ticket for 2 hours free.
