▶ Our restaurant is located in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
Please be careful not to confuse us with other restaurants of the same name in different regions.

▶ Reservations are accepted for parties of 2 or more guests only.
(We are unable to accept reservations for 1 guest.)

▶ For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, 100% of the course fee will be charged starting 3 days prior to the reservation date.
For reservations made by overseas guests, 100% of the course fee will be charged starting 5 days prior to the reservation date.

▶ The deposit collected at the time of reservation will only be charged in the event of a violation of our cancellation policy.
After your visit, the deposit will be refunded through TableCheck.

Please note that the course fee and any food or beverage charges must be paid at the restaurant on the day of your visit.

▶ Seating is divided into two sessions:
First seating: 6:00 PM
Second seating: 8:30 PM
All guests in each seating will begin the course at the same time, so please be sure to arrive on time.

▶ If we are unable to contact you after your reservation time has passed, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
If you expect to be late, please make sure to contact us in advance.
(Excessive delays may also result in cancellation.)

▶ Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or fragrances when visiting the restaurant.

▶ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate reservations from guests with extensive allergies or major dietary restrictions
(such as an inability to eat raw fish).

▶ In the event of late arrival or leaving during the course, please understand that we may not be able to serve part of the course.
We kindly ask that you allow yourself plenty of time to arrive.

▶ Children are welcome only if they are able to enjoy the same course meal as adults.
