<Regarding Reservations>
□ A 10% service charge will be added to your food and beverage bill.

□ We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests.

□ Please indicate any allergies or disliked foods when making your reservation.

□ For reservations of 5 or more people or for private events, please contact the restaurant.

□ Children's reservations are accepted only if they are able to eat the same course as adults.

□ If you are using this as a gift, please have the person who made the reservation pay and include the name of the person who will be visiting and indicate that it is a gift.

<Regarding Changes and Cancellations of Reservations>
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your reservation.

[Cancellation Policy]
■ For groups of 3 or fewer:
The day before (48 hours prior, excluding holidays): 50% of the reservation fee
On the day of the reservation (24 hours prior, excluding holidays): 100% of the reservation fee
■ For groups of 4 or more:
From 5 days prior to the scheduled visit: 50% of the course fee for the number of people in your reservation
From the day before (48 hours prior, excluding holidays): 100% of the course fee for the number of people in your reservation
*The same policy applies to changes in the number of people or the date and time.

<Regarding Use>
□ If we do not receive contact from you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be considered cancelled.
□ Please refrain from using strong perfumes.

<Regarding Bringing Your Own Items>
□ You may bring in only one item per person. (¥5,000/bottle, excluding tax and service charge)
