[Reservation Guidelines]
1. Reservation rules for the Ultimate Omakase Course
The “Ultimate Omakase Course (counter seating only)” is available only during the following times:
– Weekdays: 12:00 / 14:00 / 17:00 / 19:00 / 21:30
– Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays: 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:30
Guests wishing to select this course must choose one of the aforementioned time slots.

2. For guests bringing children
While guests with children are welcome, please opt for table seating.
A children’s menu (sushi or Western-style set meal at 1,500 JPY including tax) can be chosen on the day of visit.
For those opting for a course meal, guests under 12 years of age will receive a 50% discount on the course price.
Counter seating is reserved exclusively for guests who consume the same meals as adults; no discounts apply in such cases.

【獺祭登竜門】3/1(土)～3/4(火)19:00-の限定イベント
獺祭の入社3年から6年ぐらいの平均年齢も20代半ばの若いスタッフ達が2人1チームで１本の仕込みを最初から最後まで完結させたお酒です。
スタッフ達が獺祭の製造において1人前として認められる登龍門といえます。
与えられる課題は「普通の獺祭を造れ」です。しかし、挑戦するスタッフは当然のように「より優れた獺祭」を目指します。麴について、仕込みについて、そのためにはどんな洗米をしたらいいのか、2人だけで話し合いながら自分たちの力で挑戦した酒です。若き蔵人たちの技の冴えを見てください。
