Notice of change in restaurant business hours
◆For the time being, reservations for dinner will be required by 6:00 p.m. the day before.
▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat.
▶If you cancel or change the number of people after 6:00 p.m. the day before, the full course or plan fee for the number of people will be charged.
▶If we do not hear from you 30 minutes after the reservation time, we will treat it as a cancellation.
▶For reservations of 13 or more people, please contact the store directly.
▶Preschool children are limited to private rooms.
▶For cancellations on the day, please be sure to call the store.
▶TOKYO KAIKAN CLUB members must present their membership card before payment. Please note that points cannot be awarded after payment.
▶Due to credit card industry policy, identity verification by signature when using IC credit cards will be abolished from April 2025. You will be required to enter your personal identification number (PIN) when using, so please check in advance.
