●I want to order various BBQ menus
∟Select the BBQ usage fee for the "bring-in plan" for the number of people.
∟Add the required number of [option] menus. (Each BBQ set menu can be reserved for 2 sets or more)
∟If you also want to add all-you-can-drink, add [option] Bring-in plan * all-you-can-drink.

◆必ずいずれかのプランをお申し込みください。オプションメニューだけではご利用できません。
オプションのみでお申し込みされた場合でも、当日に「BBQ利用料金￥2,000 ※特定期￥2,500/1名様」を頂戴いたします。
◆花火のルール
・打ち上げ、音のなる花火はできません。
・花火ができる場所は、チャペル横コンクリートスペースです。
・万が一、やけどやケガ等をした場合は、お客様の自己責任となります。
・ルールを逸脱した使用が原因で、建造物・設備・備品などに、破損・棄損・汚損が出た場合は、お客様に全額補填いただきます。破損の状況によっては営業保証金をご負担いただく場合もございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
・ルールが守られていないとスタッフが判断した場合、花火の使用を中止していただきます。
◆お席の指定は出来かねます。
◆3日前以降のキャンセル、および日程変更は、ご予約代金の100％をキャンセル料金として頂戴いたします。（ご請求させていただきます。）
◆台風等悪天候による営業のご案内を、お電話もしくはメールを差し上げる場合がございます。
お電話が繋がらなかった、またメールへのご返信をいただけなかった場合は、恐れ入りますがキャンセル扱いとさせていただきますので、ご了承ください。
◆ご利用中、自然災害および天候等の要因で、お客様の安全を確保できないと判断した場合には営業を中止することがございます。
◆ご利用時の強風等には十分にご注意ください。安全にご利用いただけるようお席の移動などをお願いする場合がございます。
◆安全管理上、貸出機材のみ利用可能とします。火気、危険物、ガス類、お客様によるBBQ機材(コンロ、ビールサーバー、鍋、包丁等)のお持ち込みは禁止です。
◆どのプランでも、食材・飲物のお持ち込みは可能です。また、会場内でBBQ食材の当日販売もございますのでご利用ください。※安全管理上、残り油が多くでる食材(アヒージョ等)のお持ち込みは禁止です。
◆お持ち込み頂いた食品の衛生面に関して、当会場では一切の責任を負えませんのでご注意ください。
◆ペット・動物を連れての入場はできません。(盲導犬・介助犬は可)
◆BBQ終了後のゴミは必ず分別をしてゴミ箱へ捨ててください。
◆中学生以下のみのご利用は出来ません。
◆一気飲み、暴飲、暴食、大きな音・声を出す等、他の利用者や付近の方へ迷惑となる行為・危険を及ぼす行為は禁止です。
◆周囲の他のお客様から、嘔吐、騒音、暴言などによる苦情が出た場合、即時退場いただく場合もございます。その際、代金は返金いたしかねます。
◆当日の駐車場サービスは6時間まで無料です。
◆領収書は一括会計後、指定金額、分割はできません。（一会計一枚のみの発行）
