【Cancellation Policy】
For reservations on December 24, 25 and 31, payments are non refundable and no refund will be provided in the event of cancellation.

Advance Payments
Payments made in advance are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Option Items
Option items cancelled within 3 days of the reservation date will be charged at 100% of the item price.

For all other reservations, cancellations made within 2 days of the reservation date are subject to the following charges. Please contact us by phone to cancel.
