Our homemade obanzai appetizers are perfect for pairing with sake. Then, a palate-cleansing salad, grated daikon radish, and homemade lightly pickled vegetables are served. Our yakitori is carefully prepared by our artisans, grilled to perfection over high-quality domestic binchotan charcoal.
The abalone is steamed for over two hours to soften it, and then finished with butter over the charcoal.
The extra-large sea tiger (emperor shrimp) comes with half a portion per person! Grilled to perfection over charcoal.
The rolled skewers made with Japanese Black Beef are dipped in egg yolk and enjoyed like sukiyaki.
Finally, add mini grilled rice balls to the egg yolk and mix to add rice.
