▶ Drunk driving is prohibited by law. Guests who have consumed alcohol are not permitted to drive.
*Drunk driving is punishable by a fine of up to ¥1,000,000. Not only the driver but also passengers and the establishment that served the alcohol may be penalized.
▶ If you will be late for your reservation, please contact us. If we cannot reach you after your reservation time has passed, we may have to treat the reservation as canceled after 15 minutes.
▶ For group reservations, please contact the venue directly.
▶ Guests who wish to do so may purchase sake at the venue after experiencing the plan.

Limited Edition Tasting Course
This course includes a tasting of six types of sake, including Noguchi Naohiko's highest quality Limited Edition and Yamahai Junmai Daiginjo, and a gallery visit.

Among the many sakes produced in 2019 Vintage, the master brewer Noguchi personally selected the best lot, Limited Edition NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01 2019 Vintage, a limited edition product that has undergone thorough aging control over several years. You will be able to taste five types of sake made using the Yamahai method, which can be said to be Noguchi Naohiko's masterpiece.
The tasting will be held in Touan, a dedicated tasting room modeled after a teahouse.
* The total amount of sake will be approximately 180ml.
Simple snacks will be provided.

We cannot accept reservations for only the non-alcoholic course. This course is limited to handle keepers. Only one person per car per group is allowed.

Requests

・All members of the reservation party must be 20 years of age or older. (Pregnant guests and children are not permitted.)
・If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reserved time on the day of your reservation without contacting us, your reservation will be canceled.
Please select the mode of transportation for your visit. (Drinking and driving is prohibited by law. We will not allow anyone who has had even one glass of sake to drive a car. *Drinking and driving is punishable by a fine of up to 1 million yen. Not only the driver, but also passengers and the restaurant that provided the drink will be punished.)
