You can choose 01 2018 Vintage, 3 kinds of standard sake, and 1 kind of your favorite sake. Among the many sakes produced in 2018 Vintage, the 70th anniversary year of sake brewing, the Limited Edition NOGUCHI NAOHIKO 01 2018 Vintage, a limited edition product that was selected by Noguchi himself as the best lot and thoroughly aged over several years, will be tasted, as well as four types of sake made using the Yamahai method, which can be said to be Noguchi Naohiko's masterpiece. Tasting will be held in Touan, a dedicated tasting room modeled after a teahouse. * The total amount of sake will be approximately 150ml. Simple snacks will be provided.
