▶Unagi usually takes about 40 minutes to prepare.
▶Please order unaju for the number of people in your party. (Children up to elementary school age may share.)
▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your table preference.
▶If we are unable to contact you within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled on the day.
▶A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made on the day of your reservation (or by noon the day before for course menus), regardless of whether or not the number of guests is reduced due to illness or other reasons.
▶Reservations are accepted for up to 10 people.
▶However, please note that for groups of 7 or more, there will be a delay in serving the food.
▶Course menus will only begin once everyone has arrived (final start time is 6:30 PM)

Fine Print
If you cancel on the day of the event, a cancellation fee of 5,000 yen will be charged per person, regardless of whether you are feeling unwell or not.
