Reservation Policy
● While we will make every effort to accommodate your seating preferences, we are unable to guarantee specific table requests.
● If you expect to arrive more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, please contact the restaurant. Reservations may be released or treated as cancelled if we are unable to reach you.
● For reservations of six guests or more, please contact the restaurant directly.
● Food service begins at 11:30 a.m.
● Guests who have registered for the official Hilton LINE account will receive their reservation confirmation via LINE.

Afternoon Tea
● Afternoon Tea is served at table by advance reservation only and is available from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
● Please ensure that the total number of Afternoon Tea menus reserved matches the number of guests in your party.
● Seating is available for up to two hours. Last orders for beverages will be taken 90 minutes after seating.
● If you have allergies to eggs, dairy products, wheat, gelatin, or fruits from the rose family, please notify us at least three (3) days prior to your reservation. For all other dietary restrictions, kindly inform us by the day before your reservation. Requests received after these deadlines may not be accommodated.
