*Please understand that you cannot choose your seat position.

*If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact us.
*We cannot extend your seating time if you arrive late. Thank you for your understanding.

[Parking Information]
If you use the parking lot adjacent to our facility, the following parking fee discounts are available.
* Spend 3,000 yen or more at one of our on-site restaurants: 1 hour free
* Spend 5,000 yen or more at one of our on-site restaurants: 2 hours free
* After 2 hours: 300 yen per 30 minutes
As congestion is expected on weekends and holidays, we recommend arriving early to allow plenty of time or using public transportation.
Please note that parking space is limited, and if the lot is full, we may direct you to a nearby coin-operated parking lot. In such cases, the discounts listed above will not apply; we appreciate your understanding.

Question 3 Req

Please contact us at least 2 days before the reservation date if you wish to cancel. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the reservation, or changes to the number of people may incur a cancellation fee.

Please be aware of the following points before applying.
1. After Monday, December 28th, 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
2. Children under the age of 20 will not be allowed to enter, even if accompanied by a guardian.
3. You will be guided to a seat in the Lobby Lounge or Code Bar.

Question 5 Req

Seating arrangements
Regardless of which seat category you select, the restaurant will arrange the seating based on reservation status and the number of guests.
Therefore, we cannot accommodate any special seating requests or preferences, so please understand this in advance.

Question 6 Req

Please be aware of the following points before applying.
1. After Monday, December 28th, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.
2. Children under the age of 20 will not be allowed to enter, even if accompanied by a guardian.
3. The event will be standing, not seated.
