A booking fee may be applied when making your reservation. Booking fees are non-refundable irrespective of cancellation reasons or errors.
※ Reservations are not mandatory.
Walk-ins are also welcome on the day. If all reservation slots are fully booked, please come to the store directly.

<<Reservation Rules>>
● Walk-in seating is also available as usual.
● Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
● The reserved time is an estimate; actual entry time may vary. Please understand this in advance.
● If a customer does not arrive by their reserved time, we may be unable to seat them. Please note this beforehand.
● There is no affiliated parking lot. Please use a nearby coin parking lot.
● The maximum stay at a table is 45 minutes.
● Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or scented products when visiting.

<<Changing Reservation Date/Time or Number of Guests>>
After a reservation is confirmed, changes to the date, time, or number of guests cannot be accepted under any circumstances. Please double-check before finalizing your reservation.
In the unlikely event that you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please cancel the current reservation and make a new one.
※ No refund of fees will be issued.

<<Payment on the Day>>
Payments can be made via PayPay or credit card.
In case of any technical issues, we may also accept cash payments.
