<About reservations>
・A credit card deposit is required to confirm your reservation. , 100% is not paid at the time of reservation. Please pay at the restaurant after your meal. (Credit card credit hold only)
(There have been several cases where some credit card companies have sent SMS emails stating that the meal price has been paid at the time of reservation. The credit card at the time of reservation is not 100% settled. Payment will be made at the restaurant.
(Notes when making a reservation)
・Please note that reservations for two people may be seated at the counter.
・For reservations made in store or over the phone, a deposit email or SMS will be sent to the email address you provided when making the reservation. Please enter your credit card information to complete the deposit. Your reservation will be considered complete once you have entered your deposit and received the completion email. Please note that if you do not enter your details by the due date, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

<About cancellations> Cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to the reservation time are 50%. Cancellations made 24 hours or less prior to the reservation time are 100% (including reductions in the number of people in the reservation). ◇For group guests (9 or more), cancellations made within 48 hours are 100% (including reductions in the number of people in the reservation). *If you are likely to be late, please call the emergency contact number listed in the reservation email. If we are unable to contact you within 20 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.
・Cancellation fees will be charged as stated above, calculated from the date and time of your reservation. This also applies if you change the number of people in your reservation (change in number of people). Please understand that we will prepare the food and have your seats ready for you when you make your reservation.
・If you wish to cancel, you can do so via the (Table check) link in the reservation email. If you contact us by email to cancel, we will cancel your reservation with a written reply from us. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations over the phone as it may be difficult to get through on the phone during business hours.
・If a cancellation fee is applied based on the cancellation policy, the credit card used to make the reservation will be charged.
