▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be considered cancelled. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any changes in the number of people on the day of the reservation.

▶If you arrive late, even if you contact us, we may have to change or cancel part of your course.

We serve shaved ice with sparklers attached.
We do not offer cakes or celebratory plates.
▶A corkage fee of 2,200 yen will be charged for bringing in your own cake.
▶We do not accept reservations for seating only.
▶For our chef's choice course, please inquire about reservations through our chef's choice website.

▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be cancelled. Please contact us if you will be late.
▶The cuts of meat served in the course may change on the day of your visit.
▶Our restaurant is completely non-smoking.
▶We do not accept reservations made on behalf of others. Please make your reservation yourself.

▶Reservations for a number of people other than those selectable at the time of reservation are not permitted. (The course will be provided for the selected number of people.)
▶Changes to the number of people after reservation confirmation are not possible.
▶In the event of cancellation or change of number of people after reservation confirmation, cancellation fees will not be refunded.
▶Please indicate if you will be accompanied by a preschool-aged child.
▶Strollers are not permitted in the seating area.
