Sakura x Sushi x Wine

A night to feel the arrival of spring.

We are pleased to welcome Sushi Tsumugi from Kitashinchi for a special dinner event where you can enjoy Edomae sushi, cherry blossoms, and wine.

The course consists of 4 dishes and 10 pieces of sushi using seasonal ingredients. Eight types of wine and one type of tea will be provided to complement each dish.

Enjoy the evolving flavors of each piece—the umami of the ingredients, the temperature of the rice, and the aroma and aftertaste of the wine—along with the perfect pairing.

On the day of the event, the restaurant will be decorated with cherry blossoms, creating a spring atmosphere reminiscent of cherry blossoms at night. This is a special pairing dinner to savor the season.
