▶Tickets are for a "75-minute system" (including entry and exit). If you wish to use it continuously, you need to book two slots and leave the store once.
▶Our store is an experience-based cafe with shows and performances as the main attraction. Please refrain from entering late, as you will miss the opening performance.Entry is not allowed for delays of 15 minutes or more. (Please be careful as refunds are not possible in this case.)
▶Reception is available from 15 minutes before the reservation time. Please refrain from arriving earlier.
▶To enjoy the immersive experience, please refrain from using smartphones.

【Reservations】
▶Grimoire is a fully reserved and pre-payment system. Reservations and payments must be made in advance on this site for entry.
▶Regarding children under 12 years old, children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter, and children under 12 years old are not allowed to enter except on "Children OK DAY," even with parental accompaniment. Please note. Children aged 5 and over and under 12 years old can enter only on "Children OK DAY" with parental accompaniment. Please wait for the announcement of Children OK DAY.
▶After completing your reservation, you cannot change the reservation date and time. After reflecting the cancellation policy, please "cancel the reservation" yourself and make a new reservation.
▶Tickets can be reserved online from 14 days to 15 minutes before the desired date and time. Dates and times that cannot be reserved are fully booked.
▶Travelers from overseas and those who cannot speak Japanese are welcome to enter (English OK!)

【Children/Entry Restrictions】
If the following applies, we regret to inform you that entry is not allowed. Please be sure to check as refunds will not be issued.
▶Children under 5 years old cannot enter for safety reasons. In addition, due to the concept of our store, customers aged 5 and over and under 12 years old can only make reservations and enter on "Children OK DAY." Entry is normally not allowed even with parental accompaniment.
▶For "Children OK DAY," there are tickets for children, so they will only be displayed on the applicable days. Please reserve for the number of people including adults and children, as parental accompaniment is required.
▶Wheelchair users will have difficulty entering as the entrance is a staircase. We apologize for the inconvenience.

【Others】
▶Our store is completely non-smoking.
▶Customers who are pregnant or use crutches or canes should take sufficient care under their own responsibility to avoid injuries or accidents.
▶Even if you enter the store after your reservation time, the departure time will be the end time of the reserved slot.
▶Entry guidance will be provided after the customers of the previous time slot have left. Please come at the reservation time as there is no waiting space.
