A Japanese basket meal carefully prepared with a little bit of each season's flavor.
Beginning with a seasonal appetizer, the meal continues with a Japanese-style stew of Anesaki daikon radish and beef, a grilled dish fragrant with two types of dashi, tempura of seasonal Chiba vegetables and shrimp,
and nigiri sushi of bluefin tuna, sea bream, and salmon, all of the chef's attention to detail condensed into one plate.
To finish, enjoy kitsune udon noodles with homemade fried tofu and a Japanese verrine for a lingering finish.
A menu that can be enjoyed in any season, perfect for a relaxing evening.
