▶About cancellations
Please note that if you cancel your restaurant reservation, the following cancellation fees will be charged:
・No-show without notice: 100% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation on the day: 100% of the reservation fee
・Cancellation the day before: 50% of the reservation fee
However, in the case of special arrangements such as individual consultations, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged from 7 days prior.
In addition, for reservations with only a seat, the following cancellation policy will apply.
[Lunch]
・No notice or same-day cancellation: ¥4,000
・Cancellation the day before: ¥2,000
[Dinner]
・No notice or same-day cancellation: ¥10,000
・Cancellation the day before: ¥5,000
