CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the reservation time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.

▶ Smoking is prohibited throughout the restaurant.
▶ We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests.

▶ All prices include consumption tax. A 15% service charge will be added separately.
▶ Discount plans cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers.
▶ Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are kindly requested to inform us in advance.
▶ If children will be accompanying you, please indicate their ages when making your reservation.
▶ If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation may be considered cancelled. Please contact us should you need to modify or cancel your reservation on the day of your visit.

TERRACE SEATING
▶ As the terrace may be windy or chilly depending on weather conditions, we recommend bringing a light jacket or warm clothing.
▶ In the event of rain or sudden changes in weather, terrace seating may be closed without prior notice. In such cases, guests will be accommodated indoors.
▶ In case of sudden weather changes or emergencies, guests are requested to follow the instructions of our staff and security personnel.
▶ Admission or use of the terrace may be refused if staff or security personnel determine that conditions are unsafe.

DOG-FRIENDLY SERVICE
▶ Dogs of all sizes are welcome. There are no size restrictions.
▶ Access to the terrace is available directly from the second floor of YOKOHAMA HAMMERHEAD, where InterContinental Yokohama Pier 8 is located.
▶ Please note that dogs are not permitted inside the restaurant.
▶ Terrace seating is unavailable during rainy weather.

▶ Guests may use the shared parking facility at YOKOHAMA HAMMERHEAD.
▶ Please present your parking ticket at the time of payment.
