[Notes]
・Please make sure that all users choose the same plan.
・Site designation is not possible. (Requests for near the pool or shady areas, etc.)
・There are no storage containers such as cooler boxes, ice, or freezers & refrigerators.
・For hygiene reasons, customers are prohibited from bringing in their own food or taking food home. (Excluding bring-your-own plans)
・Changes, additions, or allergy accommodations to food are not possible.
・Entering the sea or pool, playing on the rocks, fishing, etc., are prohibited. (Pool use is allowed only during the tidal pool operating period)
・Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. (No smoking on the site)
・Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb others.
・Pets are allowed, but please use a leash and be sure to clean up after them so as not to disturb other customers.
・If you come by car, a separate parking fee of 550 yen per car will be charged. (1100 yen during the tidal pool period)
・Drinking alcohol is prohibited for drivers.
・We do not offer special services such as birthdays or anniversaries. Please note.

[About cancellation]
・For cancellations on the day before or on the day of your visit, cancellation fees will be charged as follows.
　〇Cancellations by 15:00 the day before: No cancellation fee
　〇Cancellations after 15:00 the day before to cancellations on the day: 100% of the course price
・If we cannot contact you 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation may be treated as canceled.
・If you are unavoidably delayed due to road conditions, you can change your barbecue start time. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

[About cancellation]
・If we decide to close due to bad weather, etc., we will contact you by 9:30 am on the day.
・In that case, there will be no cancellation fee. Please register a mobile phone number that can be reached on the day.
※Please note that cancellation fees will apply for same-day cancellations based on your own judgment.
