グラスの底には、香ばしいクランブルとロゼワインのジュレが輝き、その上に、なめらかなショコラブランマンジェと甘酸っぱいベリーを重ねました。ベルギー産チョコレートの濃厚なアイスと、爽やかなフランボワーズソルベのコントラストが、奥行きある味わいを演出します。仕上げには、塩味をきかせたキャラメルサブレを添え、パリッと割る食感をお楽しみいただけます。
トップにはプレゼントボックスをかたどったチョコムースを飾り、大人のクリスマスにふさわしい華やかな一品に仕上げました。

"Gourmand" is a French word meaning "gourmet." We have prepared an assortment of eight sweets, allowing you to enjoy a little bit of each flavor along with your drink.
From November to December, we've scattered exciting touches that are fun to look at and delicious to eat, such as a candle-shaped cake, a tree-shaped matcha and chestnut tart, a pear and champagne mousse that sparkles like an ornament, and a pound cake that's an adaptation of the traditional stollen pastry. Enjoy a gorgeous Café Gourmand filled with the excitement of Christmas.

「グルマン（gourmand）」とは、フランス語で“食いしん坊”を意味する言葉。ドリンクとともに、さまざまな味わいを少しずつ楽しめる8種のスイーツアソートをご用意しました。
11〜12月は、キャンドルをイメージしたろうそくケーキ、ツリー仕立ての抹茶と栗のタルト、オーナメントのようにきらめく洋梨とシャンパンのムース、そして伝統菓子シュトーレンをアレンジした“パウンドケーキなど、見て楽しく、食べて嬉しい、心ときめく仕掛けを散りばめました。クリスマスのときめきを詰め込んだ、華やかなカフェグルマンをお愉しみください。
